Start your week with a breath of fresh calm.
This quiet, 30-minute class is all about slowing down, releasing stress, and finding your center—with no fancy moves or equipment needed.

Together, we’ll try approachable techniques like:
✨ Guided rest (like a mind nap)
✨ Quiet reflection & stillness
✨ Basic breathing & gentle mind exercises
✨ Letting go of stress
✨ Positive thinking & kindness
