This role provides leadership support when the Director is not on duty and ensures exceptional service and a welcoming environment for all members, guests, and program participants at the JAM Center. This position includes evening and weekend responsibilities and supports daily Welcome Center operations, enhances membership sales, oversees program registration, and addresses general inquiries. The Lead Advocate must maintain high personal standards while embodying the JAM Center’s core values of caring, honesty, respect, and responsibility.
