Join us every Wednesday for DanceLab, a fun and approachable dance fitness class perfect for all levels. Each session starts with a full-body warm-up, then breaks down easy choreography to one upbeat song. You’ll move with rhythm, build confidence, and leave feeling strong and energized—no dance experience needed!
