Chair Yoga

Movement medicine! The movements may not look like yoga postures, but you will explore therapeutic, and joint-freeing movements designed to increase range of motion, release tissues, correct patterns, strengthen, reduce pain, improve sleep, and so much more! Includes movement, breath work, awareness practices, and relaxations. Can be done from a chair or mat. All abilities and stages are welcome!
