Senior Programming

Studies show significant health benefits for seniors who are physically and socially active. Seniors who participate in social activities have a schedule, places to be, people who expect them, and one more reason to wake up in the morning.

JAM Center Senior Programming helps seniors stay connected to their community and provides opportunities to use their skills. We have activities for many different interests and skill levels, and our programs and opportunities are designed to fit all fitness levels. We love and need our seniors’ knowledge, passion, involvement, and support!
