Hydro Workout (Open Time)
This self-paced class will provide you everything you need for a water fitness experience. This class is not led by an instructor, however staff is available for assistance. You will utilize movement cards and pool equipment - such as water, weights, noodles and kickboards - to complete your workout. Open Swim is not available, however, Open Lap / Exercise is available during this time.
