This 4-week series is designed to build endurance, improve movement efficiency, and help you move with confidence. Each class blends body awareness, breath-timed movement, and efficient mechanics to help you get stronger and move better in everyday life.

What to Expect:

  • Introduce body awareness, breath-timed movement, and efficient mechanics

  • Emphasis on core stability, joint control, and movement quality

  • Great for all levels — an ideal re-entry point after summer

  • Example styles: Tempo strength circuits, light-intensity Tabata, and mobility intervals
