Mondays and Wednesdays 8:00-9:00 am (There will be no classes the week of July 10-13. Class ends August 2.)
This high-energy, fun class, uses free weights, bands, body weight, high-intensity interval training (HIIT), and more to push participants to reach their goals. While this class is geared toward a higher intensity, the instructor can modify all exercises to fit the needs of each participant. Class takes place in the Studio.
