Beyond water safety and basic swimming skills, this class teaches children four swimming strokes -freestyle, sidestroke, breaststroke and backstroke. The instructor will help students build endurance and technique while exploring deeper water.
For children who are able to pass the swim test (swim on their back and stomach without assistance) and are comfortable underwater.
