This supportive yoga therapy series is designed for individuals who are pregnant, newly postpartum, or preparing their bodies for birth and recovery. Led by a board-certified yoga therapist, each session offers a gentle and personalized approach that blends therapeutic movement, breathwork, education, and deep relaxation to support the physical and emotional changes of this season of life.

Unlike a traditional yoga class, yoga therapy focuses on meeting you where you are. Practices are adapted to your individual needs to help reduce common pregnancy discomforts, build functional strength, support pelvic floor health, regulate the nervous system, and encourage recovery after birth. Sessions also explore breath practices helpful for labor preparation, restorative techniques for rest and healing, and mindful awareness to foster connection with yourself and your baby.

No prior yoga experience is necessary. This series welcomes all bodies, all birth experiences, and all stages of the pre- and postnatal journey. Whether you are seeking relief from physical tension, preparing for childbirth, or gently returning to movement postpartum, you will find a safe, nurturing environment grounded in therapeutic care and community support.
