New to indoor cycling or ready to build confidence from the ground up?
Spin Foundations is a 4-week beginner indoor cycling series designed for first-timers and anyone who wants a supportive introduction to spin. This joint-friendly class is adaptable for all fitness levels and focuses on proper bike setup, basic technique, and building endurance at a comfortable pace. Sessions run Mondays from 4:30 p.m.–5:15 p.m. from March 2–23. Only 6 bikes are available, so registration is required. Cost is free for JAM members and $30 for nonmembers.
