The Sunrise Spin Series is a 30-minute early-morning cycling class designed to wake up the body and build strength and stamina in a sustainable way. Each session blends steady cardio, intentional resistance, and smooth transitions to help participants start the day feeling centered, strong, and refreshed.
This 6-week series runs April 7 through May 14, meeting Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6:15 a.m. to 6:45 a.m. The class is suitable for all fitness levels and focuses on consistent progress without high-intensity pressure.
Cost is free for JAM Center members and $45 for nonmembers.
