8-Week Pre/Postnatal Yoga Therapy

Location: In-person at the JAM Center or live-streamed virtually
Join Yoga Therapist Kierra Boylan for an 8-week series designed for pregnant, laboring, and postpartum bodies. Each session blends movement, breathwork, relaxation, meditation, and self-care techniques tailored for all trimesters and the 4th trimester. Learn supportive practices that can help you connect with your baby, build openness and strength, ease discomfort, and reduce stress.
