Strength-based training with a personal trainer focused on building foundational movement patterns for everyday life.

This class blends controlled strength work with continuous movement to improve balance, mobility, coordination, and body awareness through functional exercises taught with proper alignment and safe biomechanics.

This class is available in person and live-streamed virtually.
