JAM Yogi Kids (Ages 3–6)
Give your child the gift of movement, mindfulness, and creativity through our Yogi Kids program! Designed for children ages 3–6, this four-week series uses storytelling, fun games, breathing exercises, and creative movement to help children build confidence, improve focus, and learn calming techniques—all while having a blast.

Wednesdays from 4:30–5:00 PM | September 10 – October 1

Parents/guardians must remain on JAM premises during class. A minimum of 3 students is required to run the program.
