JAM Run Club brings community, structure, and performance-focused training together in a supportive and welcoming environment. Designed for runners and fitness-minded adults, this coached weekly run helps you build endurance, improve technique, and stay consistent.

Each session includes guided warm-ups, coached runs, and optional mobility or light strength work at JAM to support recovery and injury prevention.

Perfect for anyone training for a race, returning to running, or simply looking for motivation and community along the way.

About the Trainer: Eleanor is the owner of Young Edge Training and a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) currently pursuing her Doctorate in Physical Therapy. Her approach blends performance training with evidence-based movement science, helping individuals build strength, improve running efficiency, and reduce injury risk. Eleanor is passionate about making structured training accessible, supportive, and sustainable for everyday athletes and active adults.
