This 4-week POP Pilates Foundations Series is designed especially for beginners and "begin-againers" who want a welcoming, supportive introduction to the POP Pilates style. No experience needed. No pressure. Just approachable movement, upbeat music, and a community that grows together.
Over four weeks, you'll learn the fundamentals of alignment, core engagement, breath, and flow - all through Pilates-inspired, music-driven movement that meets your body with compassion.
