This 30-minute restorative workshop invites you to pause, soften, and reconnect with the most important relationship you have - your relationship with yourself. Through gentle therapeutic movement and guided self-massage, you will unwind physical tension, calm your nervous system, and cultivate a deep sense of inner compassion and belonging.
Each participant will receive a take-home bottle of nourishing self-massage oil, with the option to personalize it with a gentle essence infusion of lavender (calming) or eucalyptus (clearing). This ritual helps extend your self-love practice long after the workshop ends.
