Step & Strength: 4-Week Series is a dynamic, beginner-friendly group fitness class that blends rhythmic step patterns with purposeful strength training. Designed for everyday movers, this series focuses on improving coordination, balance, and full-body strength while emphasizing proper alignment and safe movement mechanics.

This 4-week series runs March 3 through March 24 and meets Tuesdays from 6:00 p.m. to 6:45 p.m. Whether you’re new to step workouts or just looking for a fun way to build strength and confidence, Step & Strength is a great way to stay active and challenged in a supportive environment.
