JAM Event Philosophy
We believe our community is family. Each rental can be unique to each individual who is looking for a fun, elegant, clean, and caring atmosphere. It is our desire to make sure your rental experience has reached its full potential. Our goal is to create quality service and deliver exceptional results. We create an environment of uncompromising quality and deliver spectacular experiences for our renters.
How We Operate
Our friendly staff will assist you with scheduling, planning, and meeting all of your event needs. A group of dedicated volunteers will set up and tear down the tables and chairs for you. Whether it's a birthday party, corporate event, graduation party, family gathering, anniversary, presentation, reunion, dinner, funeral, luncheon, wedding, shower, retirement, or a party for the holidays, we can help! We have a variety of affordable options to meet your needs.
The JAM Center is open 6 am-8 pm Monday-Friday and 8 am-4 pm Saturday. Rentals are also available during non-operational hours for an additional fee.
Individual Room Rental Options & Prices
Spaces can be rented by the hour based on availability.
Included in Hourly Rental:
- Rental time needed for setup and tear down
- Rectangle or round tables for seating
- Rectangle table for food
- Rectangle table for gifts
- Chairs
- Free WiFi
Hospitality Room
This room has seating for up to 30 people. The price listed includes tables and chairs as well as access to the space’s counters, sink, stove, and microwaves.
Members/Not-for-Profit: $50/hour
Nonmembers/For-Profit: $85/hour
Gymnasium: Events
Half the gymnasium has a capacity of 100 people. The prices below include the use of half the gymnasium, and tables and chairs if needed.
Members/Not-for-Profit: $90/hour
Nonmembers/For-Profit: $120/hour
Gymnasium: Recreation
Half the gym can be rented for exercise or recreational sport use. Tables and chairs are not included in this price. In addition, volleyball or pickleball equipment can be rented for an additional fee. This option is available during operational hours only.Members/Not-for-Profit: $35/hour
Nonmembers/For-Profit: $75/hour
Pool Rentals
The aquatics facility includes a 25-meter pool, slide, splash pad, and jetted spa. A trained lifeguard will be on duty during your rental. The price for pool rental is dependent on the number of swimmers attending. The pool will still be open to the public or for other rental use.
0-25 swimmers
Members/Not-for-Profit: $75/hour
Nonmembers/For-Profit: $110/hour
26-50 swimmers
Members/Not-for-Profit: $100/hour
Nonmembers/For-Profit: $135hour
51-75 swimmers
Members/Not-for-Profit: $125/hour
Nonmembers/For-Profit: $160/hour
76-100 swimmers
Members/Not-for-Profit: $150/hour
Nonmembers/For-Profit: $185/hour
A La Carte Services

Non-Operational Hour Setup Fee
An additional one-time fee is charged for rentals outside of normal building and pool operational hours.
