This self-paced class will provide you with everything you need for a water fitness experience. This class is not led by an instructor, however staff is available for assistance. You will utilize movement cards and pool equipment - such as water weights, noodles and kickboards - to complete your workout. Open Swim is not available, however, Open Exercise / Lap Swim is available during this time.
