More than just a cardio workout!! SpinFIT II combined 30 minutes of basic cycling movements, high-energy music, and a fun class instructor. Enjoy off-bike warm-ups and cool-downs before cycling into cardiovascular training on indoor bikes. Call ahead or stop in to reserve your bike!
